First 4 days in Germany: Frankfurt // Weimar

Frankfurt Airport Train Station
Train
It was my first time ever, travelling alone, and it was quite an experience. I wish I could say the people in Frankfurt were welcoming and polite. There was an encounter with an angry German business woman who was upset at me for making the train 2 minutes late by taking too long with my bags and taking up too much space.

"You have delayed the train by 2 minutes! This is your fault! This is Frankfurt, you should know that you made a mistake!"

My first cheese bread in Germany, Käsebrötchen
The view of the German countryside

And my first friendly encounter with a German: a young mother with her ridiculously adorable baby boy. (The creepy photo I took while they were sleeping, I know.)
Then I arrived in Weimar, and it was like driving through a fairytale. (I got ripped off by the taxi driver. The ride was 11 Euros but it should have been 8. But at that point I was so exhausted I didn't mind anymore.)

There was no wifi because all the shops and cafes close early, so I felt weirdly alone and disconnected... homesick. haha.
The following photos were taken with my crappy German phone. Hence the quality.

Marktplatz, my favourite square so far. (partially because of the free wifi)

Wifi Fountain, the only place in town where I could sit for a long time with free wifi.
